Let’s get one thing straight from the start; I’m not actually an Arsenal fan. I actually only root for one side – Olympique de Marseille. As a Parisian who grew up watching Paris Saint-Germain, I know it might seem inconsistent to the die-hard supporters of a team that was once wreathed in lustre and prestige, but today it’s only a shell of what it should be. But, like my political views, my romantic football inclinations are my business.
